1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: At RazorEdge Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will promptly return to redo the work at no additional cost to you.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. To accommodate your needs and optimize our scheduling, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment.

3. Payment Terms: Payment for our services is due in full upon completion of the cleaning appointment. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash App payments.

4. Pet Safety: For the safety of both our staff and your beloved pets, we kindly ask that you secure your pets while we perform our cleaning services. If we are unable to access certain areas due to unsecured pets, we reserve the right to modify or limit the scope of our services.

5. Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather conditions (such as severe storms, heavy snowfall, or unsafe road conditions), the safety of our team members and clients is paramount. If weather conditions prevent us from safely reaching your property or performing our cleaning services, we will promptly notify you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenient time. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we prioritize safety in adverse weather situations.

6. Broken or Damaged Items: While we take utmost care during our cleaning process, accidents can happen. If any item in your property is accidentally broken or damaged by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate the matter promptly and, if found responsible, will arrange for repair or reimbursement of the damaged item as per our liability coverage.

7. Keys and Alarm Systems: If you choose to provide us with keys or access codes to your property, rest assured that they will be kept secure and confidential. We understand the importance of maintaining your privacy and security. Any access information provided will only be used for the purpose of cleaning services and will not be shared with third parties. Our team members are trained to handle keys and alarm systems with utmost care and professionalism.

8. Returned Check Policy: In the event of a returned check, a fee of $39.00 will be charged to cover processing and administrative costs. Please note that after a returned check occurs, we will no longer accept check payments, and you will be required to use credit or debit cards for all future services.
